Shipping (DHL with Shipment tracking)
We deliver all over South Africa except in rural areas which are hard to reach. Our standard delivery cost is 5€, which is about R70 – R85 depending on the exchange rate). Please make sure that someone is at home to receive your order and contact us with any special requests concerning your order at info@earlybirdtrends.com
Delivery time is +/- 14 days after the sale campaign ends. The delivery is slightly longer than normal because the company is in Berlin Germany and the below process.
After the end of each sale campaign, the goods are sent to our logistic center where they are sorted according to individual orders and thereafter are shipped to South Africa. Once in South Africa, the shipment clears customs and then gets delivered to your home.
Please be advised that once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your package that allows you to track it throughout the above mentioned process.
Returns
If it happens that you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept your returned item if it’s in the same condition as delivered and refund you the amount. Please be advised that the purchased item has to be received by us within 14 days after delivery.
You can easily return your order by following the steps below:
Step 1: Send us an email requesting a return form at returns@earlybirdtrends.com
Step 2: Fill out the return form and email it to returns@earlybirdtrends.com
Step 3: Return the parcel using your preferred option:
- Send back the parcel to us using a courier of your choice. Due to discounted prices, the shipping cost for returns will be bared by the purchaser.
As soon as we receive your returned item we will refund your amount accordingly.
Please be advised that we do not accept returns on orders that are sent back to us exceeding the 14 day Returns Policy period.
