How does the Earlybird Trends website work?
We do sale events of International premium brands that are mostly not available in South Africa. The sale events are for a limited number of days and have limited products.

What are the shipping charges to South Africa?
We have a flat rate shipping cost of 5 EUR (less than R100) to South Africa.
Do I have to pay custom duties and taxes?
You do not have to pay custom duties and taxes (VAT). The sale amount of the product plus the flat rate shipping costs is the final amount you will have to pay.
Which payment methods are accepted by Earlybird Trends?
You can pay by Credit card or Paypal. Both payment methods are intergrated into our website.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery takes about 8 – 20 working days after the end of the sale event, this is due to our warehouse being in Berlin Germany and our brands being all over Europe.
How secure is shopping in Earlybird Trends website
You payment is very secured, your credit card data is encrypted during payment transmission and it’s managed directly by paypal, therefore Earlybird Trends doesn’t have any access to your credit card information.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After receiving your order and payment, at the end of the sale event we release the products from our warehouse to have them shipped to you.
Why is it that pricing in Earlybird Trends site can be shown in Euros and in Rands?
Earlybird Trends is based in Berlin Germany therefore the website default currency is set in Euros due to our payment gateway but you can also view pricing in South African Rands by clicking the South African flag thereby having the Euro amount converted into Rands.
Why is the final checkout amount shown in Euros instead of Rands?
Earlybird trends is based in Berlin Germany, therefore our payment gateway provider (Paypal) uses Euros that is why the amount in South African Rands gets converted but this does not change the South African Rands amount that’s being paid.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, we will send you an electronic invoice to the email address you’ve provided us.
